Subscriptions

Cancel renewal in the store where you subscribed. Deleting your Service Rota account does not cancel Apple or Google billing or automatically request a refund.

If this account has a web subscription, deleting it cancels that subscription immediately without an automatic refund. Apple or Google subscriptions must still be cancelled separately through their store.

Delete account

This permanently removes your Service Rota account, all venue rotas, staff details, uploaded logos and manager access. Export anything you need before continuing. A minimal deletion record is retained to prevent old sessions from recreating the erased account.
